Job Description

The company is currently looking for a Head of Sales, who will be responsible for all     its Japan sales operations. -
The main duties include leading the Japan sales team to sales success, through appropriate planning, execution, coaching and drive, whilst developing and maintaining relationship with customers.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or related field required.
 Experienced Sales Director/Manager who has managed managers with a broad base in:
 Working collaboratively across teams
 Driving strategy, execution and related processes, identifying and correcting gaps.
 Developing and effectively managing the annual sales budget.
 Ensuring optimal sales force structure and key positions to meet business objectives.
 Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity in collaboration with Marketing
 Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with large Key accounts and significant customers
 Refining Sales Force Effectiveness measures to ensure strong execution
 Collaboration with international sales colleagues to maintain best practices
 Ability to innovate in a conservative market and win new customers and business

 Minimum 7 to 10 years of sales experience in an executive level position such as a Sales Director, a Marketing Director or similar role.
 People management experience (20+ subordinates)
 Business level English communication ability (Written and verbal)
