Job Description

The Japan Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence (C&B CoE) is tasked with creating, developing, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining the company’s top talent. As part of the APJ Regional C&B team within the International C&B organization, which supports the company’s operations outside the U.S., their scope covers a wide range of responsibilities. These include base salary management, short- and long-term incentive plans, job evaluation and grading, merit budgets, allowances, benefits programs, retirement pension schemes, executive compensation, sales incentives, and year-end compensation planning processes, among others.

Requirements

-Experience in C&B / Total Rewards either as inhouse or as an external consultant.
-Collaborative team player with strength in stakeholder management within and outside of Japan.
-Knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS).
