当社は商用車業界でも最先端のテクノロジーと製品展開で知られている企業です。会計原則と手続に関する理解と、管理会計もしくは財務分析関連の経験（もしくは管理会計分野で今後成長していきたい意欲）を持つ人材を求めます。この職種では、会計と財務の観点から当社トラックビジネスのロジスティクス部門のインバウンドおよびアウトバウンドのすべてのフローを支援する原価計算をご担当頂きます。

• Lead overall treasury and non-life insurance matters for the group company globally.
Main activities include:
- Group’s liquidity, funding & cash management
- FX and FX derivative execution
- Cash flow planning/forecasting, monitoring & control. Group Inventory control meeting PMO
- Group financial risk policies (management and reporting)
- Group bank & casualty insurance company relationships through strong coordination with the parent company
- Arrangement of Group’s non-life insurances & insurance claim support
• Business partner on the treasury and non-life insurance matters for multiple business stakeholders
• Senior focal point on treasury matters to the parent company's HQ
• One of the management team members of Finance and Business Office function and contribution to the Group’s growth and one team mind-set

Required Skills / Experiences
• (Must) Proven experience and good track records within Finance and Treasury (Include FX) area over 10 years’ Experience in Japan.
• A positive customer and quality focus with an ability to work well within a global team environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to develop vision/strategies and execute on it.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to give estimations based on appraisal of facts and data.
• Self-starter.
• High level of integrity and ethics.
• University Degree Required
• Japanese – Fluent / English - Over business level
