We owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery, luxury watches and writing instruments.

◆MAIN PURPOSE
1) Provide daily local support (technical & functional – module) to business users within Business Foundations team for LE domain and partially SD or MM domain as L2 support consultant.
2) In the framework of SAP releases, participate to regional enhancements analysis, testing and implementation.
　　Support Key Users testing.
3) Act as facilitator to optimize interaction between Regional Business and the Global Level 3 members.

◆KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 : Daily local support
Solving, tracking and reporting issues by communicating with Key-users and Global SAP team on the following domains : SAP LE
Monitoring support SLA and submit management reports regularly

2 : SAP Release support
Supporting and coordinating Key-Users’ tests and procedure/manual updates during the urgent or regular SAP releases.
Prepare test data for user test
Coordination of the non-regression testing
Support the maintenance of documentation
Support other team on LE processing

3 : Coordination between Global and Local
Following up incident resolution and releases
Support the business in communicating with Global team

◆PREREQUISITES
Area of expertise
Hands on experience in SAP MM consultant (Must) / Working knowledge of integration points between LE and SD (good to have)

◆Specific Knowledge
SAP MM(procurement flow, inventory management, job/idoc monitoring)

Better to have:
SAP LE (WM or eWM, Serial number, batch management, Message conditions, transportation management).

Integration SAP SD/ MM, authorization

Mandatory : min. 3-5 years SAP experience
Better to have: full SAP cycle implementation / international experience
