Job Description

Basic Function:
This position will mainly focus on fixed asset and lease accounting.
This position will support the Accounting G/L Manager on adherence to local and global company accounting policies in order to maintain accurate accounting reporting and effective accounting processes.

Responsibilities:
1. IFRS and Japan GAAP Accounting Reporting and Analysis – The responsibilities include month/quarter/year end closing activities, preparation fixed assets and lease related entries, Global reports, reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis.
2. Operations – Maintain fixed asset and lease operations to ensure production of accurate and reliable accounting records.
3. Audit – Handle external and internal audits to ensure full compliance with no delay.
4. Controls – Support Accounting GL Manager to in designing, implementing, and maintaining adequate level of internal controls.
5. Projects – Support Accounting GL Manager in various accounting related projects. Examples of upcoming projects are ERP implementation.
6. Others – Handle various accounting related tasks and other tasks.

概要:経理部にて主に固定資産、リースに関する会計処理をご担当いただきます。

業務内容:
 IFRS及びJGAAPでの月次/四半期/年次決算と報告業務
 経理オペレーションの効率化
 税務調査対応、会計監査対応
 ERP導入プロジェクトをはじめとする各種プロジェクトへの参加
 その他

Requirements

Qualifications and Experiences:
 A Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
 3+ years of Accounting experience, and/or tax, audit experience.
 Fixed assets and lease accounting in accordance with IFRS is preferable.
 US CPA, Japan CPA or charted accountant is preferrable.
 Business level Japanese is a must.
 Business level English is preferrable.

Working Conditions:
Primarily in an office environment and/or work-from-home. Periodic weekend or evening work is expected to handle time difference (for global projects) and busy season (primarily year-end closing).

 3年以上の経理又は税務、監査業務経験
 MS Office(Excel)中級以上のスキル
 基礎レベルの英語力(reading, writing)
歓迎:
 IFRSでの固定資産及びリース会計の経験
 公認会計士、税理士等の資格保有者
 ビジネスレベルの英語力
