Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge digital products and services, including interfaces, design systems, and prototypes
Deliver design output of the highest quality, ensuring usability, simplicity, and beauty
Present and articulate design decisions to internal and client stakeholders, receiving guidance and direction from the Design Lead

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Product Design or related area
Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful works that solves real problems for real people
Strong visual design craft, mastering the balance between forms and function
Proficiency in creating and/or adopting Design Systems
Proficiency in creating prototypes that demonstrates real product interactions
Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Protopie
Experience in hands-on UX (user flows, information architecture, user testing, etc.) is a plus
Business level or above in Japanese and conversational or above in English
