■　当社の財務指標や経営指標に関する戦略計画及び予算策定
■　月次および四半期での業績等のモニタリングおよびフォアキャストに関するマネジメント・レポート作成（社内、パリ本社向け）
■　アドホックのマネジメント向け分析と報告

We are looking for an ambitious FP&A analyst, who would like to contribute to strategic planning and analysis of financial KPI together with CFO and take on new business challenges! The team reports to Paris HQ as well as to the local management with dynamic movement of the global insurance company. On top of that, this position will provide with opportunities to expand your area of expertise to P&C insurance as well as Life insurance.

■　Development of Strategic plan and Budget for the company
■　Reporting the business performance and forecast to the management and Paris HQ on monthly quarterly basis
■　Ad hoc analysis on business and benchmarking

■　ファクツや数値に基づく問題の定義や解決策を提示する能力 (データ分析、プレゼン能力等)
■　全社的な施策に対してリーダーシップを発揮する意志
■　新しい業務に対しても柔軟性を持てること
■　ビジネスレベルの英語力（パリ本社はじめ海外オフィスとのやりとりが多いため）

■　Ability of quantitative analysis, analytical thinking and logical thinking to solve problem
■　Motivated to perform strong leadership on company-wide initiatives
■　Flexibility to work on new and challenging tasks
■ Business-level English proficiency (For communication with Paris HQ and other overseas offices)
