Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team. Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, either from an agency or in-house HR role.
- Experience in direct sourcing and using recruitment channels effectively.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and employer branding.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and software (ATS, job boards, etc.).
- Ability to manage the recruitment process from end to end.
