Job Description

It’s an Global HR position designed as a 3-year rotation program, where you’ll be assigned to one of the key HR areas — for example:

1. 新卒を中心とした採用担当
2. 社内トレーニングや後継者育成を担う人材育成
3. 報酬や福利厚生制度の企画・運用
4. 人事オペレーション(制度運用など)
5. 工場や営業などの部門担当としてのHRBP業務

Throughout the program, you’ll rotate and experience different HR functions while also collaborating with TI’s global HR teams. The goal is to build you into a well-rounded HR professional to support future global expansion.

Requirements

- Business English and Japanese
- Interesting in future career as HRBP
- Less than 2 years of working experience
