The two founders have developed several software development tools and platforms and have achieved great success. Representative examples include the first relational database system Ingres (the prototype of the current PostgreSQL) and the object-oriented mission-critical web application development platform. It was sold for approximately 100 billion yen.
The mission is to create innovation that combines the latest technologies such as IoT, generative AI/AI, digital twins, LLM, and cloud to solve social issues and support the digital transformation of all organizations and industries. Developing applications that combine the latest technologies is extremely complex, but provides a unique platform and technology that enables rapid, short-term development of integrated applications and their execution in an agile manner.
仕事内容
• Formulating and executing collaborative plans with partner companies, including executives
• Advising, proposing, and promoting projects to prospective clients
• Support and proposal of solutions to solve problems.
• Proposal writing and presentation to potential clients.
• Update and manage sales opportunity management tools within your own area of responsibility and provide weekly reports.
• Creating and translating sales-related materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• General sales duties such as quotations, orders, and contract processing
• Communication with US headquarters, explaining issues in Japan and reaching consensus on solutions.
• In addition, internal and external collaboration, and support as a member of the Japan team.

• A strong interest in our business.
• A strong interest in sales.
• 3+ years of work experience in sales, consulting, customer service, secretarial work, etc., that requires communication skills.
• Practical experience in proposals, negotiations, and consensus building.
• High communication skills in English (TOEIC score of 800 or above).
• Experience in proposal-based communication or business (regardless of industry).
• Communication with CxO level.
• Direct sales experience.
• Partner sales experience.
