This role offers an exciting opportunity for HR professional who wants to advance their careers as an HR director or head of HR.

As Japan’s HR leader, you will lead and drive Japan's HR initiatives, work as right hand of CEO and support key business leaders, provide HR solutions to support Japan’s business expansion. You will also receive support from APAC HR team, where you will be able to gain support on operational tasks and invest yourself in key HR topic.

Your typical day will be like:
Leading recruitment activities in Japan.
Leading workforce reviewing, identify key future leaders, succession planning.
Designing and providing L&D, provide employee career consultation.
Organizing company event to drive employee engagement.
Collaborating with APAC HR on HR programs.
Handling employee’s inquiry on HR matters.
Supervise and oversee HR operation tasks.
Other ad-hoc HR projects or programs.

Solid HR generalist experience in leading HR direction.
Understanding of Japanese labor law and knowledge in HR.
Work experience in global environment and business level English.
Interested in PR and tech sector.
