Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Ensure complete implementation of business-wide TEL sales strategies.
• Ensure that the customer service functions work effectively and that the activities of the functions are performed according to departments and company goals.
• Process customer estimates, orders, and order confirmations accurately within an agreed period.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are adequately managed, resolved within an agreed time and terminated.
• Confirm that the customer service function is appropriate personnel and training to provide efficient sales to internal and external customers.
Representation of customer service functions as an active member of senior management team.
• Proactively promote and manage the continuous improvement process of customer service standards during telephone inquiries and order processing.
• Create and maintain a positive team environment that shows high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
• Participate in and contribute to relevant management meetings.
• Promote effective communication across all levels of customer service functions.
• Implement a marketing strategy to develop annual and gross profit plan
• Report Monthly forecast.
• People management, succession planning, talent review

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in technology field or equivalent
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skill in Japanese and English
Excellent face - to – face communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment.
B2B sales work experience.
Able to visit Miyagi, weekly. Able to visit Swiss & Malaysia
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and tasks.
Working knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Excel.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Able to think and respond objectively in stress situations
