- Partner with Directors and Senior Managers to drive strategic initiatives and
long term success
- Develop financial and operational plans to achieve long-term business goals
- Conduct business reviews, evaluate progress toward business goals, and
communicate progress to senior management
- Perform analyses and develop financial frameworks to identify opportunities
for business improvement
- Review and report monthly and quarterly financial and operational
performance to business leaders
- Maintain a strong financial control environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics, business or
related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill, including written and oral
communication in both English and Japanese
- Proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and financial planning
systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to communicate results to both finance and business managers in a
credible and influential manner.
- Ability to maintain a superior level of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads and successfully
manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to understand financial issues in an environment of rapid growth.
- Ability to own and independently drive projects in ambiguous set-ups with little
guidance.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
