仕事内容
This role is focused on driving talent development strategies across different teams — from sales and engineering to factories and corporate functions. You’d be:
1. Designing and implementing learning & development strategies tailored to each organization’s needs
2. Collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders to strengthen organizational capabilities
3. Managing performance management processes and internal learning platforms
4. Supporting leadership onboarding and development, including key initiatives after organizational changes
5. Acting as a consultant to business leaders using training data and analysis
6. Supporting rollout of company-wide training programs and maintaining talent data securely

They’re looking for someone who has:
1. At least 2 years of experience in L&D or training
2. Business-level English and Japanese
3. A background in business, psychology, HR, or related areas
