This position leads our data engineering team.
Your main mission is to lead the organization responsible for supporting, to build, maintain, and manage our
cloud data platform, and utilize, analyze, predict, visualize, and efficiently utilize all data held by our group's
business organization according to our business needs.
The position requires strong data analysis skills and technical skills to combine data from various sources,
and deep knowledge and operational experience with major public cloud services (GCP, AWS) and relevant
programming languages and scripts and basic knowledge of AI/machine learning and deep learning.
Also, as a team leader, you will also be required to have organizational and human resource management
skills, and the ability to manage the projects the team is advancing.

Role/Responsibility
● Construction, maintenance and operation management of data platform/data warehouse based on
DIKW model.
● Building and operating data pipelines using public clouds such as GCP and AWS.
● Utilization of various data analysis tools and development of their programs.
● Support for data visualization using cloud services, etc.
● Building and operating AI/machine learning models.
● Applying data governance.
● Management of talent within the team.
● Team-led project management and leading.

Technology Skills
○ Experience in Lead Engineer or similar role (3+ years).
○ Experience in architectural design, introduction and operation of BI/DWH and data analysis
using cloud technology (mainly GCP, AWS).
○ Experience in managing or leading projects related to data engineering and AI development.
○ Basic knowledge and development skills related to ETL/EAI and data pipeline
construction/operation.
○ Skills in creating datasets according to business needs.
○ Coding skills: Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other languages and scripts related to data
engineering.
